i began video editing early in my childhood. drawn to the colors, transitions, effects, fonts, and the art of storytelling. i began with imovie, then i moved on to final cut pro. since then, i’ve worked across platforms like adobe premiere pro, capcut, davinci resolve, and avid.

post production techniques introduced us to davinci resolve and the basics of color correction and color grading.
each project had different themes or visual expectations. this was my first time working with LUTs, understanding different video formats, and waveforms/scopes.
intro to editing introduced us to avid. i gained a better understanding on types of cuts and pacing.
